Neurodiversity Training

We understand that companies may wish to support their own neurodivergent talent but are unsure on how to achieve this. Our teaching professionals have decades of clinical and applied experience in autism and neurodivergent conditions.

Inclusion is at the heart of what we do. Our neurodiversity training programs are developed in collaboration with our neurodivergent colleagues, contributing as subject-matter experts and trainers.

Our training is of interest to all employees within a company but is particularly relevant to leaders, human resources, legal, recruiters, managers, and DEI professionals.

Employment Coordinators

auticon’s consultants and clients are supported by employment coordinators who ensure work environments support their full potential. Our employment coordination team promotes inclusion and well-being and ensures our consultants feel supported in their assignments. Now is the time

By 2030, the global talent shortage is predicted to reach 85.2M workers (Korn/Ferry, 2021), and worldwide, 87% of organizations already have this experience or are expecting to face it within a few years (McKinsey, 2020).  The most significant demand is for data and advanced technology skills.

Neurodivergent Canadians represent a largely untapped community of talent. With training, education, and proper support, neurodivergent employees can thrive in your organization, bringing fresh perspectives and strengths to your teams.

How will your company benefit?

The Harvard Business Review reported that “The case for neurodiverse hiring is especially compelling given the skills shortages that increasingly afflict technology and other industries.” Companies have demonstrated that engaging with an autistic workforce results in 48% faster job performance and 92% more productivity (JP Morgan Chase)The combination of client education, training, and a proven model of empowering and supporting autistic employees in the workforce makes auticon Canada the leading provider in building neuroinclusive workplaces.
